BCN Dollars for Scholars Volunteer Hours

The Graduating Seniors will need a minimum of 20 Points from Dollars for Scholars Volunteer Hours to qualify for a scholarship.  Those points may be acquired through the following opportunities.

  •      Selling 50/50 tickes at sporting events:  1 hour = 1 point
  •      Attend DFS Meetings (student & parent):  1 hour = 1 point
  •      Pizza Sales  (usually in Nov. or Dec.) :  5 pizzas sold = 1 point
  •      Shrine Circus Helper:  3 points
  •      Fun Night (spring):  1 hour = 1 point
  •      Participating in BCN's College Application Day = 1 point
  •      Attending special speakers on FAFSA changes = 2 points
  •      Miscellaneous items (stuffing envelopes/brochures, etc.) :  1 hour = 1 point

  •      YOU MAY USE UP TO 40 POINTS ON YOUR SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION!

Students can check in with our point keeper at the school front desk for their current total points.
